Jewish Family Service is excited to announce our new LiveWell:  Breast Cancer and Caregiver Support Program!  Thanks to our Susan G. Komen grant and Sharsheret Supports partnership, we will be offering supportive services such as counseling, respite, care management, support groups, patient navigation, social connections and peer mentoring.  The name LiveWell reflects the idea that women at any stage of breast cancer are able to continue to live their best lives possible.  We hope to empower women and their families to actively participate in their own health and wellness through their personal journey facing breast cancer.  The LiveWell program is a welcome addition to our ongoing care and support services offered at JFS.
